FAQ's

When does sign up end to receive this month’s Dispatch?

Sign up ends on the 10th of the month. You can still sign up any time, but you won’t receive the current month’s dispatch if you do so after the 10th.  Your first dispatch will arrive the following month.

When do Dispatches get mailed out?

Dispatches are shipped on/around the 20th of each month.

When will I receive my Dispatch? Can I track it?

The Gentle Dispatch is sent via regular USPS mail. There’s no telling how slow or fast the mail will be. We hope to have it arrive at your door within a week of mailing.

What if I don’t receive my Dispatch?

If you haven't received your dispatch within 3 weeks of them shipping (the 20th of the month), please reach out via email at thegentledispatchclub@gmail.com. I will re-send your dispatch. we are unfortunately unable to re-ship dispatches if you wait more than 2 months to contact us about it being missing.

How can I update my address?

You can update your address, payment details and pause or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal. Please reach out if you need help with this - thegentledispatchclub@gmail.com

When is The Gentle Dispatch billed each month?

You will be billed on the same day of the month that you initially sign up. So if you sign up on the 5th of August, you'll be billed on the 5th of September and the 5th of October, etc!

How can I cancel my subscription?

While we hate to see you go, ff you'd like to cancel your subscription you can always do so in the customer portal.
